Adams, G/81028, 2nd Battalion, Royal Fusiliers (City of London Regiment),
formerly of the East Surrey Regiment (5730) died aged 36. He died of
wounds in Flanders on Saturday 13th October 1917.
Private William Adams was the husband of Jessie Adams, 113 Thetford Road, Brandon, Suffolk. He was born in Brandon, lived in Brandon and enlisted in Attleborough, Norfolk. Remembered with honour at DOZINGHEM MILITARY CEMETERY, Poperinge, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.. |
