1917. Private George Marchant was the son of George and Jane Marchant, 52 London Road, Brandon; husband of Elizabeth Marchant, 22 Bury Road, Brandon. He was born in Brandon, Suffolk and enlisted at Norwich, Norfolk. Remembered with honour at THIEPVAL MEMORIAL, Somme, France. |
